Buttercream
We use Swiss meringue buttercream for all our Artisanal Cupcakes and Cakes, except for cake fillings and our Classic Cupcakes line.
Design
We do not create cakes or cupcakes with:
Flags
Sexual themes or innuendos
Logos
Political designs
Orders
Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before the collection date.
All orders must be placed through the order form on our website.
Payment & Refunds
Once your order is finalized, full payment will be requested to be made within 2 days. Payment instructions will be provided.
Orders are only confirmed once the full payment is received. Production will only start after full payment is made. If you cancel your order within 3 days of the pickup date, the full amount will not be refunded.
If you do not collect your order on the scheduled pickup day, you have the next available day to collect it. If there is no pickup after that, the full amount will not be refunded.
No refunds are given once baked goods are sold.
Allergies
Our products may contain butter, eggs, nuts, and other allergens.
While we take precautions to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, shellfish, wheat, or other allergens.
Our products are not gluten-free, vegan, or suitable for special dietary requirements.
Whisk & Suiker and the baker/owner Minaa are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.
Agreement
By placing an order (in writing, by email, SMS, or through the Whisk & Suiker website), you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
